Another current issue besides promoting health coverage for those under 18 in the state of Nevada is combating certain health care related problems which are prevalent throughout the state such as an abnormally high amount of uninsured individuals, physician shortage and low amounts of reimbursements for Medicaid. With the race for presidency under way many Nevada residents are citing their concerns with the current state of health care in Nevada and pushing for reform in this area.
